Who Am I?

I'm Kristine and I'm a Web Developer. It's not just my job; it's my passion. I began creating websites as a little kid (remember Geocities?), and that's still what I do today, with several years of in-house experience at major corporations in Bloomington, Indiana and now San Luis Obispo, California.

I'm currently a full-time Front End Developer at a large corporation based in San Luis Obispo, but that doesn't mean I don't have time for your project. I love what I do, so I always find time for it. In fact, I prefer to focus on just one project at a time to be sure that my work remains of the highest quality, which means your project would be the sole focus of my attention.

I pride myself in constantly learning and keeping my dev skills not only current but ahead of the curve. Web development is not a career for the lazy or complacent. It's constantly and rapidly evolving in many new directions, so luckily it's my passion and I have no problem doing the work to keep up.

What Keeps Me Going

I recently relocated to the Central Coast of California after years of planning the move. While I work in San Luis, I live in Morro Bay and have an amazing view of the Pacific Ocean, Morro Rock, and the California coastline, from Montana de Oro in the south to Cambria in the north (as well as a little peek of Big Sur at Ragged Point).

What would a major life change be without a new car as well?

Me paddling out on my first time catching the Stoke at Pismo Beach, California, November 2014. Or, trying very hard to, anyway. More practice needed!

After having lived my whole life in Bloomington, Indiana, I am extremely happy to be here in California and am looking forward to many new adventures.

The view from my house. And this is only a small part of it! I am one lucky lady.
